Fully integrated models offer increased efficiency with permanent built-in tooling. No tooling change is required for maximum flexibility. Jobs can be changed frequently with minimum downtime. FI-85 has 5 built-in work stations. The built in rectangle notching capacities exceed industry averages. All hydraulic iron worker models accommodate off-the shelf tooling options. In addition, customized tooling is available for all models.

Most iron working machines lose tonnage as you move away from the punch station. Scotchman® Ironworkers actually become
stronger as you move farther away from the punching station. Our ironworkers lose no tonnage and thus will have complete
tonnage available at a range of distances from the punching station.
